What Is Yoga Burn?

This yoga program was designed for women. You get access to all information digitally on your computer so that you never have to go to a gym or class again. In fact, you can host your own yoga weekly class with friends or family if you want.
Yoga Burn is a 12-week follow-along video series. You watch and do what she does from anywhere in your home, or, anywhere you can take your laptop or tablet.
